All items must be picked up the night of the event from the Shriner's Event Center.  Items not claimed within 2 weeks of the event will be donated. If an item needs to be mailed, it will be at the bidder's expense (excluding certificate).  

If you win a package through virtual online bidding, arrangements to receive your winning item(s) must be made prior to the event.  

In regard to procurement donations that receive zero bids, the auction committee volunteers make all attempts to return the donation to the donor family.
